missingWrote a review on Dec 02attentive staffmissing luggage rackunsafe bathtub
The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive.
My experience was far from perfect. The lack of a luggage rack in my room was frustrating, emphasizing the absence of basic necessities. Additionally, the bathtub design posed a safety hazard with its height, nearly causing an accident upon exiting. Not to mention, inconsistent noise from surrounding rooms turned my stay into a restless ordeal.

Now listen here, I tell ya, this place had the coziest room with a great view and the folks at the front desk were as friendly as could be. The free snacks and coffee in the lobby were a real treat after a long day exploring. WiFi worked like a charm too, which I surely appreciated.

The room is surprisingly spacious and offers great amenities, including a comfortable bed and a modern Japanese toilet. The hotel's location allows for convenient access to local shops and Shuangcheng night market, although it's a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Noise from adjacent rooms can be an issue, as thin walls made it difficult to sleep during my stay. While the complimentary coffee and seasonal fries were delightful touches, inconsiderate neighbors disrupted my rest at an early hour.

My kids wished for a kids' play area.
